- Armstrong-Hunt - website down, phone is active, but does not appear to be a company phone
- Atlas Door Corporation no longer manufactures sectional overhead doors.
- Atlas Door Division Intellectual Property and Engineering Design have been acquired from Clopay Building Systems by Cornell Iron Works

- Basic Precast Company disappeared. Website still up, but phone on website is not being answered.

- Brico Industries apparently purchased by Victaulic Company of America as their website is redirected there.
- Choctaw was purchased by Hanson Pipe and Products. Gifford-Hill-American also part of Hanson Pipe and Products.
- Dor-O-Matic, Division of Republic Industries is now NT Dor-O-Matic Division of Ingersoll+Rand
- Dow Chemical Company purchased the assets of Celotex Corporation's rigid foam insulation business. This includes all former Celotex brand polyisocyanurate insulations products for residential and commercial markets, including Tuff-R, Super Tuff-R, Sturdy-R, and Thermax Insulating Sheathing, HY-Therm nail Line Roof Insulation, Celo-Vent Insulated Shingle Deck, and Tuff-Wrap Air Infiltration Barrier.
