- FSI Home Products - name and ownership change to Nexan Building Products
- GE Security - in 2010 acquired by UTC Fire & Security.
- ITW TACC - name change to ITW Polymers Sealants North America
- Ingersoll Rand has spun off its commercial and residential security businesses to create a new, publicly-held, global company named Allegion
- JM Grucia - glass railings - is now doing business as Global Glass Railings
- Jasper Library Furniture rebrands as LIAT
- K2 Commercial Hardware - had been Black & Decker, purchased by Stanley, website redirects to Stanley
- L&M Construction Chemicals - rights to L&M Brand sold to LATICRETE.
- LAM Lighting Systems - apparently part of Philips Day-Brite
- Lafarge North America gypsum assets sold to Continental Building Products. Left website as is until new one is established.
- Michael Rizza Co. now part of Balco
- Modulex - interior aluminum doors and frames - business sold
- Pacific Aluminum Company - Seattle - aluminum storefronts and curtainwalls - phones disconnected and emails failed.
- Parking Booth Company acquired by Ameristar, now Ameristar Booth and Building Structures

- Tolco pipe hangers acquired by Cooper B-Line, was NIBCO
- US Door & Building Components - acquired by Jamus International
- W2 Architectural Lighting - apparently part of WAC Lighting
- York Lintel and Cast Stone - Pennsylvania - Closing cast stone facility. Lintel facility remains.
